Who is responsible

What we collect

Account: e-mail address, name if you give one, password (stored hashed), timezone.
Your plan and log: your goal, rep types and targets, the reps you log, weekly check-ins and notes.
Coach messages: what you write to the coach and what it answers.
Billing: subscription status and a Stripe customer ID. Card details stay with Stripe.
Technical: server logs (IP address, time, page) kept for security for up to [N] days.

Why, and on what legal basis

To provide the service you subscribed to (contract): the app, the coach, reminders and billing.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
To meet accounting and tax duties (legal obligation).

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

Stripe: payments and the billing portal.
Anthropic: the AI model behind the coach. Your goal, targets, log summary and coach messages are sent to it to write each reply. [CONFIRM: API data is not used for model training]
Resend: sends the coach and reminder e-mails.

Some of these providers are outside the EU. Transfers rely on the EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. When you delete your account we delete your plan, log and coach messages within [30] days. Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, and take it with you (portability). Write to [PRIVACY EMAIL]. You can also complain to your data protection authority ([e.g. ÚOOÚ, Czech Republic]).
