1. Who we are

2. What PutRepsIn is

PutRepsIn is a training log for your business: you set a goal, it is broken into daily actions ("reps"), you log them, and an AI coach comments on your progress by e-mail and in the app. It is a planning and tracking tool. It is not financial, legal or business advice, and we do not promise any business result.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and use PutRepsIn for your own business or work.
  • Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One account per person. Accounts cannot be shared or resold.

4. Subscription and payment

  • PutRepsIn is a paid monthly subscription. Building your first plan is free; using the app needs a subscription.
  • Prices: $19 per month (public price) or $9 per month (founding member price, first 50 members). Prices are in US dollars [INCLUDING / EXCLUDING VAT].
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • The subscription renews every month until you cancel.

5. The founding price

A founding member keeps the $9 monthly price for as long as their subscription stays active without a break. If you cancel and later subscribe again, the public price applies. Founding spots are limited to 50.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the billing portal (Settings in the app). Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

7. Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy and guarantee.

8. The AI coach

  • The coach's messages are generated by an AI model from your goal, targets and log. They can be wrong. You decide what to do with them.
  • The coach acts only inside PutRepsIn. It sends no messages on your behalf and takes no actions outside the app.

9. Fair use

Don't break the law with PutRepsIn, don't try to access other members' data, and don't overload or attack the service. We may suspend an account that does.

10. Your data

Your data is yours. How we handle it is in the privacy policy.

11. Liability

We provide PutRepsIn "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

12. Changes

If we change these terms we will e-mail you at least 14 days before the change applies. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY]. Courts in [CITY / COUNTRY] decide disputes, unless the law gives you another forum.
